This secluded and quiet villa is set in Cerro Azul, a prestigious urbanisation just a few minutes drive from the beach and the city of Olhão with its many restaurants and bars.
Faro Airport is a 20 minute drive and the center of Faro just 10 minutes by car.
This lovely villa consists of four bedrooms, two doubled and two twins.
Interior of the villa:
The master bedroom on the first floor has a full ensuite and a double bed. On the ground floor one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and two other bedrooms have twin beds and share the same bathroom. All have built-in wardrobes. There is also a full guest bathroom.
The bright lounge opens out to pool the area; there is also a covered dining terrace with outside furniture and a BBQ.

To confirm your booking you need to send 50% of the total cost, by bank transfer, the other 50% should be paid 4 weeks before your holidays start.

We also ask for a breakage deposit of 200€, which will be returned intact 1 week after your stay, assuming there are no deductions.

In case of cancellation from the second party, will be applied the following penalties:

·        a) More than 8 weeks - Deposit of reserve

·        b)  Less than 8 weeks - Deposit reserve + 20% of the remaining

·        c)  Less than 6 weeks - Deposit reserve + 40% of the remaining

·        d)  Less than 4 weeks - the reservation deposit + 60% of the remaining

·        e)  Less than 2 weeks - the reservation deposit + 80% of the remaining

·        f)  Less than 1 week - the reservation deposit + 100% of the remaining.
