As you know Albufeira is famous for its nightlife as for its beaches. The villa is situated in the beginning of the famous strip - The Strip - in Montechoro area, the heart of Albufeira's nightlife with several clubs, discos and bars. The 2Km Strip is just one main road of bars and clubs, it has spread to adjacent blocks. It is worth pointing out that The Strip is actually around 3Km out of Albufeira's town centre.
The villa has in the 1st floor an open terrace with barbeque, two bedrooms (one with double bed and private bathroom and the other with two single beds), two rooms in the form of two floors with private bathroom (with a bed of couple and the other with two single beds), kitchen fully equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances - stove, oven, microwave, washing machines and dishwashers and fridge - the dining room and living room with television and fireplace. Outside the villa is a magnificent swimming pool (8 mx 4 m approx. And varying the depth of 1.1 to 1.7 m) with surrounding area of sidewalk and garden and a barbeque. The villa is equipped with bed linen and towels, cleaning and replacement of laundry is done once a week.

We don't support the bank transference costs, send copy of proof of the bank transference by fax or e-mail, and refer your name, the house to rent and the date of check-in and check out.
Before making this payment, certify availability from the unit that you wishes to rent, making for this effect a provisory Booking.
The rest 50% has to be paid on the check-in.
At check in the customer must pay a deposit of € 300 for the apartments, and € 400 for the villages.
The deposit is returned upon check out if anything has been damaged during the stay

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations with 10 days prior to arrival date free of any charge.
Cancellations made with more than 48h prior arrival date 50% will be charged.
Cancellations made with less than 48hours prior to arrival date will be considered as no-show.
NO-SHOW
Customer will be charged the equivalent of 60% of the stay, but only if the remaining period of the stay is cancelled otherwise the total stay period will be charged
In 1 or 2 nights stays, the no-show corresponds to the total of the booking.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
The check-in is effectuated only after the 4:00PM.
The check-out is effectuated util the 12:00AM.
SERVICES
Clean between 1-3 days per week depending on the type of housing and apartment.
Replacing a laundry once a week.
