Excellent apartment T-1 duplex, in the center de Albufeira,in a closed condominium “ Cerro Branco”,near
the “Praia dos Pescadores beach.
The surroundings are quiet, but close to restaurantes,cafes, mail, banks, supermarket, bus stop. The
distance to the beach is only 5 min. walk.
You can enjoy swimming in the pool all year round. The facility has a bar next to the pool.
The view is extraordinary, combining the panorama of the old town, beach and sun. The apartment
has a capacity for 6 people : double-bed and extra bed in the bedroom, sofa-bed and extra bed in the
livingroom. The kitchenette is equipped with all appliances to cook, microwave, charcoal-grill. The
apartment has a washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, fridge, TV, DVD and
various types of equipment for housing included in the price.
The apartment is equipped with parasol, sun-chairs and some toys for the beach. Rent for holidays or
just a few days, Year end, Easter, carnival, week-ends. Small pets are allowed. Arrivals after 14.00 hrs
and departure before 12.00 hrs on Sunday. Apartment is cleaned before your arrivae. You need to
